ASBE was founded in 2022 and piloted by the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria and Southern Africa University (SANU), Etswatini towards equipping University students to become international employees and job creators.
The mission is to provide access to qualified, educated, experienced professionals and leaders in Entrepreneurship who will inform, guide, and inspire youth on how to develop successful careers and lives for positive global impact.

ASBE concluded her first free online training on the 30th November 2023 with three Vice chancellors (University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria, SANU, Eswatini, and Fountain University, Osogbo) as speakers.
Topics taken so far by ASBE from Session 1 to 10 of ASBE Season 1 were ‘’Higher education institutions as hubs for entrepreneurship; The Entrepreneurial Educator; Entrepreneurial journeys; Entrepreneurial Leadership; The Entrepreneurial mindset, Agripreneurship and Accessing Bank of Industry loans, Understanding Bank Credit Support, with over 200 students and staffs in attendance.
