I am Olusi Blessing Ifeoluwa, a 300-level student in the Faculty and Department of Veterinary Medicine, University of Ilorin. I had the privilege of participating in the TEC ASBE Competition, where I emerged 5th in the Scale-up category and received a compensatory award of ₦50,000.
This support came as a major boost to my entrepreneurial journey, and I immediately invested it into my business in the following ways:
- Business Registration
With ₦25,000, I successfully obtained my Certificate of Registration from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). As part of the process, my business name transitioned from IFZY’S PLACE to HOUSE OF IFZY, in compliance with CAC requirements. (Supporting document attached below.) - Stock Expansion
I used the remaining ₦25,000 to purchase additional goods, expanding my existing stock and increasing the capacity of my business to serve more customers. (Pictures attached below.)
This experience has strengthened my resolve to keep pushing forward as both a student and an entrepreneur. I am deeply grateful to TEC ASBE for providing not just financial assistance, but also encouragement and recognition for young business minds like mine.
